We’re open this Easter Long Weekend!

Club Catalina is open this Easter Long Weekend, and we have something for everyone! We will be running our ‘warm cheers. cold beers.’ NRL promotion for our Footy Fans this Easter weekend starting with the Raiders vs. Cowboys Thursday with a 7:50pm kickoff; Sea Eagles vs. Titans Saturday 5:30pm kickoff; and Dragons vs. Knights with Sunday 4.05pm kickoff! Weather Update | Course Closure

COURSE UPDATE | As we continue to grapple with the effects of La Niña, our Golf Course will remain closed today and tomorrow whilst we wait for water levels to subside. We will continue to monitor the situation, and will reassess the Course on Tuesday afternoon, will further updates to follow. Please keep an eye on our Website and Social Channels. The safety of our Members and Guests is our main priority. We ask that you follow advice from authorities and take good care of one another in water-affected regions. Our Clubhouse and Restaurant will continue to operate as normal.

Refurbishment – TAB Precinct Now Open!

Another milestone for Club Catalina Following on from the successful completion of Stage One, we a pleased to report that Stage Two (Phase 1) of the Club Catalina Refurbishment Project is now complete, with our new TAB Precinct now open! Stage Two encompasses a stunning expansion and redesign of our TAB Precinct, Indoor and Outdoor Gaming Lounges, Sports Bar and all Amenities. A staged development approach permitted the Club’s daily operations during construction works and enabled completion within an expedited timeframe. The new renovations showcase modern hues, textured backdrops, joinery, metallic accent, and designer finishes, with exclusive break away zones that feature luxurious furnishings, enhanced privacy, and elegant lighting. Weather Update: Course Closure

COURSE UPDATE | As predicted, La Niña is continuing to deliver unprecedented rainfall and adverse conditions to the South Coast. We received 50mm of rainfall overnight which has resulted in Course Closure until Monday. A huge thank you to Course Superintendent Dennis Grounds and his dedicated Team who continue to work tirelessly in spite of these challenges to minimise the impact of these enduring rainfalls. We will continue to monitor the situation. Please keep an eye on our Website and Social Channels for updates. The safety of our Members and Guests is our main priority. Weather Update: Course Re-Opening

COURSE UPDATE | Dear Members and Guests, In relation to our recent Course Closure due to the Weather, we are pleased to inform you that the Course has now reopened and play has resumed. Holes 10 to 27 are open today, and Holes 1 to 9 will open tomorrow. Restrictions to Cart Usage will remain in place in certain parts of the Course until conditions are suitable for use. The Ladies Far South Coast Event will be held on our West Course, Holes 10 to 27, for Wednesday and Thursday. A decision in regards to the Course Orientation for Friday, will be made Wednesday afternoon. Most bunkers will be prepped for Mens Comp on Tuesday, but we will be playing preferred lies through the green for the remainder of the week due to current conditions. Important Notice for Members and Guests – Course Update

Dear Members and Guests, As a result of recent weather conditions, the Golf Course we remain closed until further notice.  Finally, the rain has stopped. 300mm of rain has been recorded over the past 14 days. Yesterday was is the first chance we have had to get a cut on the greens since in over a week, and we only able to get selected mowers out on the course in limited areas. Unfortunately, it is a waiting process for the course to dry out to get a cut on all surfaces, with a large parts of the course unable to be accessed  until next week. The decision has been made to keep the course closed until Monday next week. It will be a massive job to have the course back in the condition we all expect, so I thank everyone for their patience and hope to have you back out on the course next Monday. Due to the weather no irrigation work has commenced out on the golf course. Our irrigation contractors Waterland have been on site all week checking deliveries and electric welding pipe fittings indoors. We will continue to monitor the situation, and the course will remain closed until…
